Housing Market Stable: Ward's purchase first home.

We closed on our first home on August 15, 2008. Not only was it "Closing Day" but it was also my 29th birthday. Since 29 is not really a big deal, it was fun to be able to have a big event happen on it. We have been working hard on our home all year and absolutely love it. It was perfect for us and our furry kids. Little did we know that one year later, we would be only one month out from having our own little one!
